Our Story
India has lacked the infrastructure to make secondary materials traceable, accountable, and formal.
Circuits was built around a simple idea: a circuit is a closed, engineered loop. We create these loops by connecting the source of scrap to recyclers and end buyers, with traceability, accountability, compliance, and predictable supply built in from the source.
We begin where scrap originates. Shop owners, repair shops, and communities that have historically operated at the most fragmented layer of the supply chain. By building genuine community, bringing real-time market pricing, better rates, formal documentation, and trust, we make the source more predictable and the entire circuit more accountable.
We are proving the operational model through collection, grading, processing, and formal offtake building the protocols and infrastructure before layering technology on top.
Over time, these individual circuits become an infrastructure layer for India’s circular economy: connecting communities, recyclers, manufacturers, and financial services through formal, traceable, incentive-aligned supply chains.
